Seahawks Suffer Major Injuries Before Season Begins
The Seattle Seahawks have encountered serious injury setbacks before the start of the season, losing safety Bud Clark and offensive guard Mason Richman for an extended period.
During a preseason game against the Titans, Clark suffered a broken ankle on the first play, while Richman sustained a long-term injury, the specifics of which remain unclear. Coach Mike Macdonald confirmed that both players will be out for months following the Seahawks' 19-16 loss.
Earlier in the week, the Seahawks also lost wide receiver Jake Bobo for the season due to a right leg injury. Additionally, backup safety Rodney Thomas II recently underwent surgery for a hand fracture but may return next week.
