Sean McVay Discusses Aaron Donald's Potential Return to Rams
The Los Angeles Rams are currently considered one of the strongest teams in the NFL. Head coach Sean McVay has indicated that Aaron Donald, who has been maintaining his fitness since retiring in 2024, may be on the verge of returning to the team.
During an appearance on 'Rams Central,' McVay mentioned that Donald is actively working out and preparing himself for a potential comeback. He noted that Donald is feeling good and has been engaging in activities that align with returning to the game. McVay suggested that an announcement regarding Donald's decision could come as soon as next week.
The Rams are set to return to their practice facility in Woodland Hills on August 7, after training at Loyola Marymount University. Donald has time to regain his conditioning ahead of the Rams' season opener against the San Francisco 49ers on September 10.
