Chris Gotterup, Ben Griffin, and Xander Schauffele narrowly missed out on automatic qualification, finishing seventh to ninth in the points standings. Meanwhile, the International Team's six automatic qualifiers will be confirmed after this week's Tour Championship, with players like Si Woo Kim, Tom Kim, Min Woo Lee, Adam Scott, Ryan Fox, and Hideki Matsuyama already assured of their spots.
