This innings marked Mandhana's second T20 international century, making her the first Indian woman to achieve this milestone. Additionally, she surpassed Meg Lanning to become the leading century-maker in women's cricket, reaching a total of 18 centuries across all formats. Mandhana also became the highest run-scorer in women's internationals, overtaking Mithali Raj.
