Sri Lanka Cricket XI declared their second innings at 200/6, establishing a target of 207 runs for India. Earlier, India had declared their first innings at 357/6 after Sri Lanka posted 363/8 in their initial innings. Devdutt Padikkal notably scored an unbeaten 142 for India, while Ravindra Jadeja and Manav Suthar also contributed valuable time at the crease.

This warm-up match is crucial for India's batters to acclimatize to the Sri Lankan conditions ahead of the Test series.
