St Kilda Discusses Trade for Ruck Rowan Marshall with Geelong
St Kilda has held talks with Geelong about trading ruck Rowan Marshall as the AFL trade period approaches.
Marshall, who previously sought a move to Geelong during last year's trade period, remains under contract with St Kilda for another year. The Saints, having acquired Tom De Koning last season, are now considering a trade for the 30-year-old ruck.
In addition to the trade discussions, St Kilda is working to re-sign defender Alix Tauru. The club has reportedly enhanced its offer to Tauru, proposing a four-year extension that would keep him with the team until 2031. Tauru, who has faced challenges securing a consistent spot in the senior lineup, was selected with Pick 10 in the 2024 National Draft.
