Standoff Between Tom Dundon and Portland City Council Over Arena Renovations

Sheel Tyle, the alternate governor and a local figure, has remained silent amid the negotiations, raising questions about his loyalty to Portland. The city council is set to meet again this week, although arena negotiations are not on the agenda. The ownership group maintains that their interests are aligned, and any decisions made reflect a collective agreement among the governors.
