State College Announces Parking Regulations for Upcoming Football Game

The Borough of State College has released parking guidelines ahead of the football game against Marshall on September 5. The streets are expected to be busy as fans prepare for the Stripe Out event.

This weekend, the typical home game parking changes will not apply. The borough confirmed that the no parking restriction from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. will remain in effect from September 4 to September 7, along with one- and two-hour parking limits.

Vehicles in restricted zones must display a valid permit or an active session through the HONK Mobile app. A new pilot program for special event parking will commence on September 5, allowing paid parking in designated neighborhoods. All Pennsylvania Vehicle Code violations will be enforced throughout the weekend.
