Steelers Place Roman Wilson on Injured Reserve
The Pittsburgh Steelers have placed wide receiver Roman Wilson on injured reserve, which will keep him out of action for an extended period.
This decision was made on Saturday following a finger injury that ruled him out of the upcoming game against the Buccaneers. Wilson will miss a minimum of four games before he can return to play.
So far this season, Wilson has recorded 14 receptions for 188 yards and two touchdowns. He joins teammate Michael Pittman Jr. on the injured reserve list, while Ben Skowronek has also been ruled out for this week. To address the situation, the Steelers have promoted wide receivers Brandon Smith and Brandon Johnson from the practice squad for the game.
