Steph De Lander Discusses Transition from TNA to ROH
Steph De Lander, a former TNA wrestler, has transitioned to competing regularly in Ring of Honor after requesting her release from TNA earlier this year. She expressed satisfaction with her new role in ROH, where she enjoys creative freedom and the opportunity to wrestle again following a significant neck injury.
De Lander returned to the ring in April and quickly made her mark by participating in a Ring of Honor pay-per-view by August. She noted that her experience in ROH allows her to explore her creativity in matches, which she finds exciting. Despite the positive changes, she acknowledged that her relationship with TNA remains strained, with no communication since her departure.
While De Lander has encountered former TNA colleagues, she indicated that they have avoided direct interactions to prevent conflict. Although she does not rule out a future return to TNA, she believes it is unlikely in the near term. Currently, she is not under contract with either ROH or AEW, working on a pay-per-appearance basis, and remains open to future opportunities in wrestling.
