The title match was announced by Raw General Manager Adam Pearce following interference from The Judgment Day in a previous match involving Vaquer and Morgan. WWE filmed a mini-documentary about Vaquer’s return to Chile, which may include her title victory on the WWE Vault YouTube channel.

This victory marks Vaquer's second reign with the Women’s World title, having previously won it at WrestlePalooza 2025 before losing it to Morgan at WrestleMania 42.
