Swerve Strickland Acknowledges Big E's Unique Role in AEW Trio
Swerve Strickland has stated that he cannot take Big E's place in the AEW trio, even as he teams up with Kofi and Austin Creed, who made their AEW debut as The New Level at AEW All In 2026.
The trio recently captured the World Trios Championship, marking a significant moment in their partnership. Strickland shared his surprise upon learning about Kofi and Creed's contract situation, describing it as initially unbelievable.
Despite his own success in AEW, Strickland emphasized that Big E's role is irreplaceable, although he is eager to create something new with his current teammates. The New Level successfully defended their titles against The Rascalz on a recent episode of AEW Dynamite.
