TDS Racing Expands IMSA Program with Two-Car LMP2 Entry
TDS Racing has announced its return to the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship with a two-car LMP2 effort, marking the team's first multi-car participation in three years.
The French team will field two Oreca 07 Gibson prototypes, with the #11 entry driven by Tobi Lutke and Mathias Beche, while Stephen Thomas returns to the squad's IMSA program in the #29 entry alongside Scott Huffaker. To enhance its lineup for the Michelin Endurance Cup, Sami Meguetounif joins the #11 car for his IMSA debut, and veteran David Heinemeier Hansson will drive the #29 entry.
The driver combinations have previously shown strong teamwork, with Thomas, Meguetounif, and Huffaker recently competing together in the European Le Mans Series, where they achieved a class victory. TDS Racing has been a consistent presence in the paddock since becoming a full-season entrant in 2023 and recently celebrated its 40th IMSA start.
