Team Penske Swaps Pit Crews for Blaney and Cindric Ahead of 2026 Championship
Team Penske is making significant changes by swapping the pit crews for its No. 2 and No. 12 NASCAR Cup teams ahead of the 2026 championship chase.
Ryan Blaney, the 2023 NASCAR Cup champion, is currently the No. 2 seed, while Austin Cindric holds the No. 15 seed. Blaney's pit crew has struggled this season, ranking 32nd out of 35 teams, despite his recent victory at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. In contrast, Cindric's crew, which will now support Blaney, is ranked tenth.
The new pit crew for Blaney includes Jourdan Osinskie as jackman and Andrew Lackey as fuelman, among others. Cindric's new crew features Graham Stoddard as jackman and Chris Conklin as fuelman. Earlier this year, Penske made multiple adjustments to Blaney's crew in an effort to improve performance. No changes have been reported for Joey Logano's No. 22 team, which is entering the Chase as the No. 9 seed.
