Texans to Play Without Four Key Players on Sunday
The Texans will face a challenging game on Sunday as they will be without four important players. Running back David Montgomery is sidelined due to a groin injury, while safety Jalen Pitre is out with a shoulder issue. Offensive tackle Blake Fisher will not play because of a thumb injury, and safety Reed Blankenship is also unavailable due to a concussion and hand injury.
Wide receiver Tank Dell is listed as questionable with a knee injury but is anticipated to participate. Dell's last appearance was in 2024, when he suffered a severe knee injury that ended his season and sidelined him for all of 2025. In contrast, tight end Dalton Schultz, linebacker Henry To’oTo’o, and tight end Brevin Jordan have all returned to full practice participation and are cleared to play.
