Thomas Robinson's Law School Admission Revoked Amid Drug Charges
New England Law Boston has rescinded the admission of Thomas Robinson after he was implicated in a large-scale drug trafficking operation associated with two Penn State fraternity houses.
Robinson was set to begin his studies this fall on a scholarship exceeding $188,000. He was reportedly a key supplier in the drug operation, positioned just below its leader, according to Pennsylvania Attorney General Dave Sunday.
The law school confirmed that Robinson's admission was withdrawn due to a law enforcement matter, noting he had not yet started his studies. He was to be a J.D. candidate at the same institution where his father earned his degree. Robinson had also received the Justice Sandra Day O’Connor Honors Scholarship, which covers full tuition for eligible students.
