Three Penn State Players Featured on Bruce Feldman's Freaks List
Three players from Penn State University have been included in Bruce Feldman's annual Freaks List, which showcases college football's most impressive athletes. The players recognized this year are linebacker Tony Rojas, wide receiver Brett Eskildsen, and cornerback Audavion Collins.
Tony Rojas secured the 25th spot on the list, noted for his remarkable speed and explosiveness, having clocked a 4.37 in the 40-yard dash and achieving a GPS speed of 22.5 mph. Despite a season-ending injury last year, he recorded 25 tackles and two sacks in four games. Brett Eskildsen, ranked 35th, is a 6-1, 205-pound wide receiver who caught 30 passes for 526 yards and five touchdowns last season. He demonstrated impressive athleticism with a 40-inch vertical jump and a GPS speed of 23.1 mph.
Audavion Collins, listed at No. 91, is recognized for his speed, reaching 23.5 mph on GPS and achieving a 38-inch vertical jump. He played a significant role in the Nittany Lions' defense last season, starting all 13 games and totaling 47 tackles. The list also included former Penn State quarterback Beau Pribula, now with Virginia.
