Tiffany Stratton has given an update on her health after competing in a challenging ladder match at WWE Money in the Bank 2026. Despite initial fears of a serious injury, she returned to the match and secured a significant win.

The incident occurred when Stratton attempted a Swanton Bomb from a ladder, aiming to take out her opponents outside the ring. Unfortunately, the landing did not go as planned, resulting in her hitting the back of her head on the floor, which raised concerns about a possible concussion or neck injury.

Medical personnel quickly attended to her after the fall, which was particularly alarming due to the height involved. Nevertheless, Stratton went on to become the second woman in WWE history to win the Women’s MITB ladder match twice. In a post-match interview, she expressed feeling sore but was excited about her victory, acknowledging the tough nature of the match.
