Titans Dismiss Three Executives Amid Organizational Changes
The Tennessee Titans have made significant changes to their front office by terminating three executives, including Erin Swartz, who was the senior vice president of brand marketing and oversaw the recent uniform redesign.
Alongside Swartz, senior vice president and chief revenue officer Adam Nuse and vice president of creative Charles Jensen were also let go. The team announced plans to hire an Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer to lead its revenue, marketing, and communications efforts.
While the reasons for the dismissals remain unclear, the Titans have struggled on the field, finishing with a 3-14 record in the last two seasons and starting this year at 0-4. However, the franchise is preparing for a new stadium opening next year and is set to host Super Bowl LXIV in 2030.
