Titans Extend Streak of Games Without Back-to-Back Wins
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Tennessee Titans have tied an NFL record for the most consecutive games without back-to-back wins in a single season, reaching 65 games after their 27-24 loss to the Cleveland Browns.
This marks a significant struggle for the Titans, who currently hold a 1-6 record and have lost four games decided by a touchdown or less this season. First-year coach Robert Saleh expressed optimism about the team's potential to improve, noting that they have been competitive in several games.
Despite their offensive performance, which included 322 yards and three touchdowns, the Titans' defense struggled, allowing 491 yards to the Browns. The team will look to regroup as they prepare to face the Cincinnati Bengals next Sunday.
