In the latest NFL power rankings, Tom Brady has named the San Francisco 49ers as the leading team after their Week 5 win against the Seattle Seahawks. This marks a significant moment in the 2026 season as Brady identifies the 49ers as the team to beat.

Brady's rankings also include the Detroit Lions, who he describes as an exciting team with a strong offense led by quarterback Jared Goff. The Denver Broncos are noted for their challenging schedule, while the Seattle Seahawks are facing difficulties as defending champions.
