Tom McCullough Appointed as Head of Racing at Red Bull
Red Bull has announced the appointment of Tom McCullough as the new Head of Racing, succeeding Gianpiero Lambiase. McCullough previously served as the Performance Director at Aston Martin.
McCullough began his motorsport career with Reynard and later worked with Williams as a data engineer and race engineer from 2002 to 2012. He briefly held the position of head of track engineering at Sauber before joining Force India, where he remained through various team iterations, contributing to notable successes including the 2020 Sakhir Grand Prix.
Following a shift in leadership at Aston Martin in early 2025, McCullough transitioned to the role of Performance Director. Red Bull expressed enthusiasm about his experience and expertise as he joins the team in 2027. The team has seen a significant turnover of key personnel in recent months, including Lambiase's move to McLaren.
