Top Attacking Defenders in Fantasy Premier League

As the deadline for Gameweek 7 of the Fantasy Premier League approaches, FPL Meerkat identifies five defenders who excel in attacking contributions. Maxim De Cuyper, priced at £5.1m, has made a significant impact as a left winger, scoring two goals and providing three assists, raising questions about whether non-owners have missed out.

Riccardo Calafiori, an Arsenal left-back valued at £5.9m, is another standout, known for his advanced positioning and contribution of one goal and two assists. His popularity among managers is evident, with over 50% ownership.

Additionally, Anan Khalaili from Crystal Palace, priced at £5.0m, offers potential with low ownership and has been involved in the team's build-up play, despite limited clean sheets. Jayden Bogle of Leeds United, at £4.7m, is noted for his attacking positioning, while Leif Davis from Ipswich Town, a budget option at £4.0m, has an impressive goal involvement rate, contributing two goals and two assists.
