Toprak Razgatlioglu to Undergo Shoulder MRI After Crash
Toprak Razgatlioglu is set to undergo an MRI scan on his right shoulder on Monday to assess the need for surgery after a crash during the Indonesian Grand Prix weekend.
The incident occurred during the final practice session on Saturday when Razgatlioglu was thrown from his Yamaha, resulting in a dislocated shoulder. Despite the injury, he managed to continue participating in the day's sessions, qualifying and finishing 19th in the sprint race.
However, during the main race, he could only complete eight laps before withdrawing due to increasing pain and lack of strength. Razgatlioglu expressed frustration over the weekend's outcome, noting that he had shown promising pace earlier but was ultimately hindered by his injury. He will return to Turkey for the MRI to determine the next steps for his recovery.
