Tottenham Finalizes Loan Deal for Omar Marmoush from Manchester City

Tottenham Hotspur has reached an agreement to acquire Omar Marmoush from Manchester City. The Egyptian forward is expected to undergo a medical examination as part of an initial loan arrangement that includes a £60 million obligation for a permanent transfer.

The financial breakdown of the deal consists of a guaranteed payment of £50 million, along with an additional £10 million in potential bonuses. Contrary to earlier reports, Eintracht Frankfurt, the club that sold Marmoush to City in January 2025, does not hold a sell-on clause.

Marmoush's move to Spurs follows the recent transfer of his former teammate Savio, who joined Tottenham for £85 million. Tottenham's summer spending has now surpassed £300 million, with manager Roberto De Zerbi expressing a desire to continue investing in the squad to enhance their competitiveness in the Premier League.
