Tottenham Negotiates Season-Long Loan for Mykhailo Mudryk
Tottenham Hotspur is currently in negotiations to acquire Chelsea winger Mykhailo Mudryk on a season-long loan. The 25-year-old player is eager to return to the Premier League following the resolution of his doping case with the Football Association last month.
Mudryk, who joined Chelsea from Shakhtar Donetsk for an initial fee of £61 million in January 2023, has not participated in a competitive match since November 2024. Tottenham has emerged as a leading contender for his signature after previously pursuing other forwards. Chelsea has also been in discussions with Leeds regarding Mudryk but has turned down at least one offer.
After serving a four-year ban due to an adverse finding for a banned substance, Mudryk was cleared to compete again on July 31. He expressed gratitude for the opportunity to return to play, describing the period as one of the most challenging in his career.
