Trade Rumors Surround Jaguars' Brian Thomas Jr. and Browns' Jerry Jeudy
As the NFL trade deadline approaches on November 10, trade rumors have emerged surrounding Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. and Cleveland Browns' Jerry Jeudy. This speculation intensified following the Houston Texans' acquisition of Marvin Harrison Jr. from the Arizona Cardinals.
ESPN analysts Dan Graziano and Jeremy Fowler noted that the Jaguars have not expressed a desire to trade Thomas, who has seen his role diminish behind teammates Parker Washington and Jakobi Meyers. Despite being a former first-round pick, Thomas has recorded only one touchdown this season, ranking fourth on the team with nine receptions and 105 receiving yards. Meanwhile, Jeudy's role has also been limited, with just eight receptions for 81 yards and no touchdowns, leading to speculation that the Browns might seek a third or fourth-round pick for him.
Teams such as the Kansas City Chiefs, Indianapolis Colts, San Francisco 49ers, and Las Vegas Raiders have been identified as potential suitors for wide receivers. However, Fowler cautioned that trading talented players like Thomas could be risky for the Jaguars, especially as they currently hold a 4-1 record. Both teams are set to face significant opponents this weekend, with the Jaguars playing the Texans and the Browns hosting the Ravens.
