Travis Hunter Aims to Play Every Snap in Upcoming Season

Travis Hunter, a wide receiver and cornerback for the Jaguars, has expressed his ambition to play every snap in the upcoming season after demonstrating impressive skills during practice. Last season, he participated in seven games, logging 324 offensive snaps and 162 defensive snaps before suffering a knee injury.

During a recent practice, Hunter showcased his abilities by making an interception and catching two passes, one of which was a 35-yard gain. In team drills, he took 10 snaps on defense and seven on offense, while in 11-on-11 work, he has recorded 34 defensive snaps and 22 offensive snaps throughout the training camp.

Hunter's former college coach, Deion Sanders, believes he is capable of playing extensively on both sides of the ball. Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence noted that Hunter is eager to contribute wherever he can, emphasizing the team's depth in skill players. Hunter's rookie season concluded with 28 receptions for 298 yards and a touchdown, alongside 15 tackles on defense.
