Travis Kelce Identified as Victim in Ponzi Scheme

Travis Kelce, the tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs, has been identified as a victim in a Ponzi scheme orchestrated by Siddarth Jawahar, who defrauded investors of more than $35 million.

Jawahar was sentenced to 11 years in prison and required to pay over $31 million in restitution. Prosecutors revealed that he initially invested nearly all client funds into Philip Morris Pakistan, and when that venture failed, he resorted to using money from new investors to pay returns to earlier investors.
