
Tre Ford Injured, Hamilton Tiger-Cats Quarterback Out for Game
The Hamilton Tiger-Cats faced a setback as quarterback Tre Ford was ruled out due to an upper-body injury during their game against the Argonauts.
Ford did not return to the field after halftime, having sustained the injury following a 23-yard touchdown run in the second quarter. Although he briefly went under the medical tent, he returned to the bench and participated in the next offensive possession before being replaced by Harrison Frost at the start of the third quarter.
In the first half, Ford completed four of nine passes for 75 yards, while the Tiger-Cats trailed 20-7 at halftime. Prior to this game, he had accumulated 1,218 passing yards and five touchdowns over 12 starts this season.
