Trump Calls for LeBron James to Apologize

President Donald Trump has requested an apology from LeBron James following the release of a video showing the Philadelphia 76ers player practicing his golf swing during the national anthem on Wednesday.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump criticized James as a disgrace for his actions before the game against the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden. He urged James to apologize to American veterans who sacrificed for the flag and the country.

Alongside the golf swing, James was also seen practicing free throw techniques and stretching, which is typical behavior for NBA players during the anthem. This incident adds to the history of tension between Trump and James, who has previously expressed criticism of the former president.
