Twins Acquire Pitching Depth Ahead of Playoff Push

His experience includes a successful tenure with the Braves, although he faced injuries in recent years. Kremer, on the other hand, has had a mixed performance this season, with a 6.50 ERA in seven starts, but his strikeout rate has improved.

These trades come as the Twins find themselves at a .500 record, tied for a Wild Card spot in the American League. While the team has struggled in various aspects, the acquisitions of Minter and Kremer are seen as moves to bolster their chances as they aim for a playoff berth.
