Tyson Kidd Discusses Transition from Wrestler to WWE Producer
In 2015, Tyson Kidd, a WWE star, faced a career-ending injury during a match against Samoa Joe, which led him to transition into a producer role within the organization. Prior to his injury, Kidd had achieved notable success in the tag team division, securing three tag title runs.
During a recent appearance on Busted Open Radio, Kidd shared that his new role as a producer has been more fulfilling than his wrestling career. He noted that the biggest challenge has been adapting to coaching verbally rather than demonstrating techniques in the ring. Despite the difficulties, he expressed immense satisfaction with his current position.
Fellow wrestler Nic Nemeth praised Kidd's contributions as a producer, highlighting the fresh ideas he brought to the team. Kidd acknowledged the support he received from Nemeth and Seth Rollins during his adjustment period, emphasizing the collaborative relationship they developed. He expressed gratitude for their guidance as he navigated his new responsibilities.
