UCL Fantasy 2026/27: Projected Goals for Matchday 1
The UCL Fantasy Toolkit has released projections for team goals ahead of Matchday 1 of the 2026/27 season, indicating which teams are expected to score heavily.
Paris Saint-Germain leads the projections with an anticipated 3.60 goals in their home match against Slovan Bratislava, who have a history of conceding heavily in the Champions League. Bayern Munich follows closely with a projection of 3.52 goals against Bodo/Glimt, while both Barcelona and Manchester United are expected to score 3.41 goals each, with United facing newcomers Sabah.
Stuttgart is also projected to score three goals against Viking, who have not participated in the Champions League since 1992. PSV is noted for outpacing teams like Real Madrid, Liverpool, and Manchester City in goal projections, while AEK Athens appears unexpectedly in the list, following LASK's recent defensive struggles.
