
UFC Awards Five Contracts Following Eventful Contender Series Night
On Tuesday night, Dana White awarded five UFC contracts during Contender Series Week 4 at the APEX in Las Vegas, where four of the five fights ended in stoppages.
The event highlighted a 15-second knockout by Modestino Rodrigues, who defeated Brandon Holmes with a combination of a leg kick and punches, securing the fastest finish of the night. Adam Darby concluded the event with a third-round doctor's stoppage against Patrick Rivera, utilizing a record number of low kicks in the bout.
Other notable finishes included Silvestre Sanchez, who knocked out Liam McCracken in the third round, and Gabriel Lorenco, who secured a knockout against Charlie Cleveland. Adam Livingston won a split decision over Hunter Smith in the opening fight. All five fighters will now join the UFC roster, with Season 10 of Contender Series set to continue next week.
