Unnati Sharma Wins Bronze, Contributes to India's Record Judo Medals at Commonwealth Games
Unnati Sharma claimed the bronze medal in the women's 63kg judo category at the Commonwealth Games 2026 in Glasgow on August 1, 2026. This victory adds to India's record total of four judo medals at the event.

This bronze medal follows gold medals won by Harsh Singh and Asmita Dey, marking India's first-ever Commonwealth Games judo golds. Additionally, Yamini Mourya earned a silver in the women's -57kg category, contributing to India's best-ever performance in judo. The competition continues with more medal opportunities for India on August 2.
