Uros Medić secured a swift victory against Daniel Rodriguez in the main event of UFC Belgrade on Saturday, stopping him in just 30 seconds with a soccer kick to the body followed by punches that led to a TKO finish.
This win marked Medić's fourth consecutive victory, all achieved in the first round, and took place in front of a supportive home crowd. He entered the fight with a record of 13-3, having previously finished Gilbert Urbina, Muslim Salikhov, and Geoff Neal in his last three bouts.
Rodriguez, who was on a three-fight winning streak, had notable victories including a decision win over Kevin Holland and a TKO against Santiago Ponzinibbio. In other fights on the card, Navajo Stirling defeated former light heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz, while Aleksandar Rakic ended a four-fight losing streak with a unanimous decision win over Marcin Tybura.
