Vahine Fierro Reflects on Her Surfing Journey and Championship Tour Experiences
Vahine Fierro, a rising star in surfing from French Polynesia, is making her mark on the Championship Tour. After facing challenges, including an early exit at the recent Tahiti Pro, she remains focused on requalifying for 2027. Fierro has achieved significant milestones, including winning at Teahupo’o as a wildcard and competing in the 2024 Olympics.
Fierro grew up on the island of Huahine, where she developed her surfing skills in a close-knit community.
