Valtteri Bottas Faces Another Retirement at US Grand Prix
Valtteri Bottas retired from the United States Grand Prix, marking his ninth retirement of the season while driving for Cadillac. The race took place at the Circuit of The Americas, where Bottas faced a suspected power-unit issue.
This retirement adds to a challenging season for Bottas, with eight of his nine DNFs attributed to technical problems. Despite the difficulties, Bottas noted that Cadillac's performance showed improvement, as both cars were competitive with Aston Martins and Williams during the race.
Bottas expressed frustration over the team's ongoing technical issues, stating that understanding these problems remains a challenge. He mentioned that the cooler weather during the race may have contributed positively to their performance, and he hopes for better results in the upcoming race in Mexico.
