Valtteri Bottas, driving for Cadillac in its inaugural Formula 1 season, has observed notable improvements within the team despite ongoing reliability challenges and a lack of points.

Recently, Cadillac announced a leadership change, appointing Marcin Budkowski as the new team principal, replacing Graeme Lowdon.
