Vikings' Receivers Jefferson and Addison Listed as Questionable for Saints Game
The Minnesota Vikings face uncertainty regarding their top two receivers, Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison, ahead of their game against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.
Both players have been listed as questionable, with Jefferson dealing with an ankle injury and Addison with a hamstring issue. Jefferson participated in limited practice throughout the week, while Addison was limited on Thursday and Friday after missing Wednesday's session.
In light of their potential absence, the Vikings signed Odell Beckham Jr. to their practice squad, allowing for his elevation if needed. Head coach Kevin O’Connell indicated that the team is preparing all receivers for various scenarios. Additionally, offensive tackle Christian Darrisaw and cornerback Charles Demmings will not play due to injuries, while other players, including Brian O’Neill, Michael Jurgens, and Ben Yurosek, are also listed as questionable. Punter Brett Thorson has recovered from his hamstring injury and is set to play.
