Vikings Running Back Jordan Mason Listed as Questionable for Sunday
The Minnesota Vikings have designated running back Jordan Mason as questionable for their game against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.
Mason is currently the only player on the team with an injury designation. He fractured his thumb during the season opener against the Green Bay Packers and was placed on injured reserve on September 16. His 21-day return-to-practice window opened earlier this week, and he participated fully in practice.
While it appears likely that Mason will return for the game, the Vikings must make a roster move on Saturday to activate him. In Week 1, Mason shared carries with Aaron Jones Sr., with Mason receiving 15 carries and Jones getting 12, before Jones took on a larger role in Mason's absence despite dealing with a sprained MCL.
