Von Miller Set to Join Dallas Cowboys on One-Year Contract
Von Miller is anticipated to sign with the Dallas Cowboys, his hometown team, as reported from Oxnard, California. The veteran linebacker is eager to join the team before they conclude their training camp in California.
Miller has reportedly agreed to a one-year contract, making this his third team in as many seasons. He is expected to arrive on the West Coast on Monday, with the Cowboys having only two full practices left in their training camp before returning to Texas next week.
Over his 14-season career, Miller has recorded 138 1/2 sacks and was the NFL's active leader in this category. He previously played for the Washington Commanders, where he achieved nine sacks last season. Miller, who was drafted second overall by the Denver Broncos in 2011, has also won two Super Bowl titles during his career.
