Wales Head Coach Steve Tandy Prepares for Nations Championship Squad Announcement

Wales head coach Steve Tandy is set to announce his Nations Championship squad on October 20, following recent performances by Welsh clubs in European competitions. The Dragons, Ospreys, and Scarlets achieved victories in the Challenge Cup, while Cardiff faced a tough loss against Northampton in the Champions Cup.

Among the standout players were Taulupe Faletau and Josh Adams, who returned from injuries. Faletau showcased his skills in his first match since March, making significant contributions on both offense and defense. Adams also made an appearance, although he was unable to score a try.

Other players vying for selection include Reuben Morgan-Williams, who impressed in his recent match with Ospreys, and Aneurin Owen, who was named man of the match for the Dragons. With the squad announcement approaching, Tandy is evaluating options as Wales prepares for upcoming matches against Japan, New Zealand, and Australia.
