Wallabies Announce Team for First Test Against Argentina

Allan Alaalatoa will lead the Wallabies as captain in their first Test against Argentina, scheduled for Sunday morning AEST. The team features a completely new starting front row, while the backline remains unchanged from their recent victory over Japan.

Coach Les Kiss has made several adjustments, including Isaac Kailea's first start in two years at loosehead prop and Brandon Paenga-Amosa at hooker. Rob Valetini will play at number eight, replacing usual captain Harry Wilson, who has been rotated out. Fraser McReight starts at openside flanker after previously coming off the bench.

Argentina will field the same starting lineup that lost to South Africa earlier this month, but they are missing several key players due to injuries. The Wallabies are currently on a three-Test winning streak, while Argentina has struggled with only one win in their four Tests this year.
