Warriors General Manager Discusses Offseason Plans

Golden State Warriors general manager Mike Dunleavy Jr. indicated that the team may experience a relatively quiet offseason, as reported by Monte Poole of NBC Sports Bay Area.

During a press conference in mid-May, following head coach Steve Kerr's re-signing on a two-year deal, Dunleavy emphasized the need to address issues like careless turnovers. He noted that the team's 37-45 record was not solely due to a lack of talent, attributing it instead to injuries and controllable factors.

Dunleavy expressed optimism about retaining key players, including Draymond Green, Al Horford, and Kristaps Porzingis, all of whom were successfully re-signed along with De’Anthony Melton, Gary Payton II, and Charles Bassey. The only new addition to the roster this offseason is Yaxel Lendeborg, the No. 11 overall pick.
