Warriors Make Historic Comeback Against Lakers
The Golden State Warriors achieved a remarkable comeback against the Los Angeles Lakers, winning 112-95 after trailing by 25 points during the game held at Chase Center in San Francisco.
After a dismal first quarter where the Lakers built a 25-point lead, the Warriors rallied back, outscoring Los Angeles 97-57 from the end of the first quarter onward. By halftime, they had erased the entire deficit, marking the first time in NBA history that a team trailing by 25 or more at halftime managed to tie the game.
This victory set a new NBA record for the largest win margin after trailing by 25 or more points. Despite Luka Doncic's strong performance for the Lakers, scoring 37 points, the Warriors improved their play significantly in the second half, committing fewer turnovers and executing better overall.
