Watford's Alessio Dionisi Addresses Future Amidst Losing Streak

Watford's head coach Alessio Dionisi faced media inquiries regarding his future after the team suffered a significant 5-1 defeat against Cardiff City on Tuesday night. This loss marks the fourth consecutive defeat for the Hornets in the Championship, contributing to a total of nine goals conceded in just two matches.

Dionisi expressed frustration with the team's performance, stating that he cannot respond to questions about his future as he focuses on coaching. The defeat has placed Watford in the relegation zone, a stark contrast to their earlier unbeaten start to the season, which included a victory over Southampton.

Following the match, Dionisi acknowledged his anger towards both himself and the players, emphasizing the need for collective responsibility in addressing the team's struggles. He noted that the issues affecting the team are not the fault of any single individual.
