West Indies Defeat India in Fourth T20I to Level Series
The West Indies triumphed over India by 24 runs in the fourth T20I held at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad, leveling the five-match series at 2-2. Shai Hope played a pivotal role, scoring an unbeaten 102 runs, while Keemo Paul took five wickets, helping the West Indies post a total of 247 runs.
India's chase began with a strong start from Sanju Samson, who scored 56 runs off 23 balls. However, the West Indies' bowling attack, led by Paul, quickly turned the tide by dismissing key players, including Samson and Ishan Kishan. Despite a 70-run partnership between Tilak Varma and Nitish Reddy, India struggled to keep pace and ultimately fell short of the target.
The series will conclude with the fifth T20I scheduled for October 17 in Bengaluru. This match will determine the overall winner of the series.
