Will Ospreay Discusses Body Dysmorphia and ADHD Struggles
Will Ospreay, a star in AEW, has recently shared his experiences with body dysmorphia and ADHD, which made him hesitant to seek help from other wrestlers.
In an interview with Muscle & Fitness, Ospreay reflected on his struggles, noting that he first recognized his body dysmorphia in October 2017 after winning the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship. He felt embarrassed to ask for guidance at the gym, fearing judgment from his peers.
Ospreay also discussed his late diagnosis of ADHD at age 27, which provided clarity on past mistakes and challenges he faced. Despite these issues, he is now focused on his wrestling career and is preparing to challenge Kenny Omega for the AEW World title at All In 2026 in London.
